Adrenal Cortex by Seeking Health provides 50 mg of bovine adrenal cortex per capsule. The adrenal cortex substance used in this product is freeze-dried to preserve freshness and biological activity.* 

In the human body, the adrenal glands are located above the kidneys. Each adrenal gland is made up of two components: the cortex, which produces essential chemicals needed for normal metabolism and healthy stress response, and the medulla, which produces other (non-essential) chemicals. Together, these parts of the adrenal glands work to help the body maintain healthy balance in many physiological processes.*

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule in the morning after breakfast and another capsule may be taken after lunch or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not take within 5 hours of going to bed.
